The Construction/Carpenter shop operates in a capacity similar to a general construction contractor.
A close working relationship with many departments on campus has been the key to the Construction Division’s continued success. CPDC is the main facilitator in matching our skills with the needs of the customer. The range of projects successfully completed by the Construction Division is extensive. A few examples of our work are:

- South Campus Apartment Renovations
We also service academic departments with classroom/office modifications including AV upgrades, specialty fabrications, professional woodworking, and architectural finishes.
