DAA Display Available Amount Use this query to view program summary information by account for Budget, Actuals, and Commitments as well as balances. The reports are used for Revenue and Expense accounts ONLY.

  1. Current Fiscal Year to Date (If current year is selected)
  2. Prior Fiscal Year to Date (If prior year is selected)
DAB Display Amount Budget Use this query for a high level view of your Budget information to date for the current or prior fiscal year.
  1. Current Fiscal Year to Date (If current year is selected)
  2. Prior Fiscal Year to Date (If prior year is selected)
DFB Display Financial Balance This report lists the current year and the prior year total Actuals amounts by month.
  1. Asset/Liability (If asset/liability type is selected)
  2. Revenue/Expenses(If revenue/expense type is selected)
DFC Display Financial Change This query lists the Actuals balance for the chartstring(s) selected.The report lists: Balance Forward,  Net Change for Period (Period Activity)  Balance at the End of the Period selected (Current Balance).

AND lists by account number the balance forward, period activity, and current balance.

DTD Display Transaction Detail This query is used for viewing Budgeted, Actual, and Commitment journal transactions for a specified chartstring.  Based on Selection Criteria:

  1. Actuals Summary Report for Revenues, Expenses, Assets or Liabilities
  2. Actuals Detail Report for Revenues, Expenses, Assets or Liabilities
  3. Budget Summary Report for Revenues or Expenses
  4. Budget Detail Report for Revenues or Expenses
  5. Commitment Summary Report for Revenues or Expenses
  6. Commitment Detail Report for Revenues or Expenses
Department Listing Use this query to get a department listing
  1. Listing by Department ID

Mycode Listing Use this query to get a Mycode listing
