FedEx offers online shipping and account management, as well as desktop pickup and campus drop boxes. Payment will be made via your University Credit Card.
To set up a new FedEx account or convert an existing account, please complete this form and email it to govtsupport@fedex.com. They will set up the account and return it to you. When you receive confirmation that the account has been set up by FedEx, contact Purchasing with your information and the account will be linked to the University account. Innovative options, from e-mail notification to delivery confirmation, can provide you with the tools necessary to keep you informed once your shipment is out the door.
To set up a UPS account and ensure proper discounts are applied to your shipments, please complete this form and return it to mbracken@ups.com. New account requests may take up to two weeks, and you will receive an email notification once registration is complete. Do not apply online directly through UPS.com.
