|Guaranteed Mortgage Program||This form is used to apply for participation in the University’s Faculty and Staff Guaranteed Mortgage Program. The Guaranteed Mortgage program allows the purchase of single and two family homes and townhouses in designated neighborhoods around the campus without a down-payment. Syracuse University guarantees the mortgage to the lending institution. The buyer must agree to live in the property as his or her primary residence. Full-time and regular part-time faculty and staff of Syracuse University are eligible to participate. |House Available for Sale||This is a form used by an SU faculty or staff member who wishes to sell his or her home in the Guaranteed Mortgage Program. The house will be listed on the University’s on-line informational real estate listing. The property cannot be listed with a realtor and must be for sale by owner. Only properties located in the East Neighborhood or Outer Comstock are accepted for this listing. Only single or two family homes or townhouses are accepted. |Payroll Reallocation Form (PAR)||This is an Excel form that is to be used only to reallocate Payroll charges for each prior period between chartstrings. It cannot be used to correct charges for present or future periods.
The deadline for receiving the form is 5 business days prior to the last business day of the month, with June being the exception, for year-end purposes. If the PAR form is received after the deadline it may not be processed by the end of that month.
